Let’s get together for a 30-minute call to work out:

  • Where you’re at currently and what you’re looking for

  • If we’re a good fit to work together

  • Which coaching option is most suited to you

And then you can decide if you want to go ahead and start untangling all that mind spaghetti so that you can get back to enjoying life!

Do you...

  • Feel lost in your medical career?

  • Want to love your job but, truthfully, you just don’t?

  • Struggle to identify what you can change at work that will actually make a difference?

  • Wonder if you can really keep doing this for the rest of your working life?

  • Desperately want more work/life balance?

  • Find it difficult to talk to others because they don’t really get it?

  • Feel guilty as thoughts of leaving medicine crowd your head?

  • Want to make a change but keep talking yourself out of it?

Stressed Doctor

You are not alone!

The levels of burnout in medicine are huge currently, as are the numbers thinking of leaving the profession.

And I know, particularly after everything you have given to get to where you are, it’s not a place you want to be. And probably never imagined that you would find yourself.

And then the fear kicks in:

  • Is it even possible that life could be better?

  • Isn’t this just a case of ‘the grass is always greener’?

  • Do I have enough energy to start making changes now?

  • What if I make a change and it doesn’t work out?

  • What will everyone think of me?

And the temptation can then be to just keep on keeping on.

I’m here to tell you that it really is possible to work out what you want and how to get there!

So that you:

  • Work your career around YOUR needs to keep you in all-round good health

  • Look forward to your working days

  • Regain your energy both inside and outside of work

  • Get back to being the you that you want to be

  • Can be fully present for your family and friends

For some, that may be about small-step changes to get you back to enjoying your medical career. For others it may be about finding the right niche within medicine, the right balance with your other priorities in life, developing your current role or combining clinical medicine with another interest. And for many it is about finding a career entirely outside of clinical medicine.
