Since sharing more about my own experience, I have realised just how many doctors are unhappily trying to do exactly what I did: navigate their way through the traditional route of medicine, with very little in the way of career support, or recognition of the many ways in which their strengths and skills can be used to great effect.
So that is what I am now committed to doing, because IT REALLY IS POSSIBLE TO DESIGN A CAREER THAT ENABLES YOU TO LIVE A LIFE YOU LOVE!
